Families only. Modern terraced house in a complex with a communal pool, located in a quiet area of Conil just a 10-minute walk from the center, with a parking space. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room, guest toilet, and a furnished patio with barbecue and direct access to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and everything you need for your stay. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms sharing a guest bathroom. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen connects to a utility room with washing machine. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa, dining area with chairs, modern flat-screen TV, and a small fridge. The terrace is beautifully furnished and shaded. There’s also a guest toilet on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are on the first floor: one with a 1.50 m double bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom; another with a 1.50 m double bed and TV; and a third with two single beds (one can be converted into a 1.40 m double). All mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable. There’s a second bright bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The pool is quiet, rarely crowded, and set in a beautiful complex with only thirty neighbors. Open from April 1 to September 30. Pets allowed on request. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. No groups of young people, families only.
